What is included in my Course registration fee?
Course Registration Includes:
- Attendance at all course sessions

What is NOT included in the registration fee?
- Accommodation
- Travel and transfers
- Breakfasts
- Dinners on Day 2 and 3
How do I register for the conference?
Registrations are accepted via the green registraton button at the top of the homepage or the link on the top of every page.
What is Super-Earlybird Registration?
To save an extra 20% of the regular registration fee, the Super-Earlybird deadline is 31st January 2023 for the 1st 20 people only. This must be paid by 31st January 2023.
What is the Earlybird Registration Deadline?
To save on registration fees, the Earlybird deadline is 3rd August 2023.
When is the Abstract Closing Date?
Abstracts are to be submitted via the google form following the instructions on the Abstracts Page. The closing date for submissions is 30th August 2023.
What is the cut-off date to register for this Course?
Pre-registration is REQUIRED to secure your place. Those registering on or after 22nd September 2023 will pay a penalty of AUD $80 on top of the regular fee. There are only a limited number of places available due to space contraints so secure your place by booking early.
I need to update my details, how can I login to my registration?
You can login to your registration by clicking the "login" button on the top right side of this website.
I registered but did not pay. I now wish to pay by credit card, what do I do?
Please login to your registration by clicking the "login" button on the top right side of this website. Inside you will find the invoice and an option to pay by credit card.
How do I view my invoice?
Your invoice is automatically generated when you register and a link is sent to you in the confirmation letter. You can also view your invoice by clicking the "login" button on the top right side of this website. Inside you will find the invoice.
I need to cancel, is there a cancellation policy?

Do I need to wear a name badge?
Your name badge is your entry to the Course. This is required for security reasons and your own safety.
Do I need personal insurance?
Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to person or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, change to a virtual event, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action or Force Majeure. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
